4 large eggs
150g (3/4 cup) white sugar
50g (1/4 cup) dark brown sugar
200g dark chocolate, broken into chunks
180ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil (about 180 mL)
1 tsp vanilla extract
95g (1 cup) packed ground almonds
25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
100 grams dark chocolate, chopped
For the five-minute ganache:
400g dark chocolate1 tin full-fat coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
