What are you going to cook for Passover? We’ve been talking about little else here at JC Food for weeks. Chopped or fried? Ottolenghi or Evelyn Rose? Can you get kosher coconut oil?
Of course, our Seder services are usually the same, year in, year out, but no one wants to wheel out the same old dishes for the whole eight days. With so many ideas out there, there’s no reason to stop at carrot-topped gefilte fish or a tired matzah pudding.
Which is where you come in. We’d like you to share your favourite Passover recipes and inspire us and other readers. From your Grandma’s no-fail cinnamon balls to that “I can’t believe it’s Pesach-dich” sticky toffee pudding, we need your recipes.
We’ll publish our favourites – make sure you attach a photo of your dish too —and hopefully make this Pesach more delicious than ever. Send your recipes to food@thejc.com as soon as you can!
