215g soft brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp kosher for Passover baking powder
¼ tsp salt
85g ground hazelnuts
340g potato flour
200g almond flour/finely ground almonds
250g mini parev chocolate chips or equivalent weight dried fruit
Flaky salt to sprinkle - if available
A large tub of Passover approved ice cream or parev frozen dessert, I used vanilla
