Hands down the best way to eat any cabbage

1 large, round white cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
A little flaky sea salt
For the dressing
2 banana shallots, peeled and finely chopped
2 red chillies, halved, deseeded and thinly sliced
6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
100g butter
1tsp flaky sea salt
1 small bunch of dill, fronds roughly chopped
