85g crumbled feta
40g ricotta or cottage cheese
40g grated mature Cheddar
150g frozen spinach, defrosted
Ground black pepper
320g ready-rolled puff pastry (I used Jus-Rol)
Everything bagel spice mix or nigella/sesame/poppy seeds
1 large egg, beaten (to glaze)
To serve:
Hard boiled egg
Zhug or other hot sauce
Pickles
