A former primary school teacher charged with three offences relating to indecent images of children will appear in court next week.
Ben Lewis, co-founder of the privately-run children’s summer camp LL Camps, had his bail overturned on Friday and was remanded in custody until a preliminary hearing on August 26.
The 25-year-old, from Borehamwood in Hertfordshire, is accused of “making indecent photographs / pseudo-photographs of a child”.
LL Camps in Bushey, which is popular with Jewish families, was shut down the day after he was arrested and has had its registration suspended by Ofsted.
