This team virtually picks itself, although one or two on the bench will consider themselves unlucky to miss out

1. JONNY BLAIN (Oakwood A) - it took me until around the turn of the year to work out this was actually the very same Jonny Blain I'd played in the same with over the years. Commanding his box, caught crosses, pulled off some stunning saved and kicked well, that bit you'd expect. Rewarded with the gloves in my top-flight team as he conceded the fewest goals

2. JOSH MORRIS (NL Raiders A) - an "amazingly consistent season," according to his manager, as he helped NLR retain the title. Drove forward with great purpose and energy and was always on hand to avert the danger

3. ETHAN ZONE (Hendon Utd SC A) - "practically ever present all season. Ultra consistent – very fit- big asset coming forward from left back and vastly improved defensively. Will be sorely missed next year"

4. AVI KORMAN (Hendon Utd SC A) - "Hendon’s player of the year- Magnificent season – tremendous energy – box-to-box, great tackler superb vision – also scored some massive goals especially last minute Peter Morrison Trophy final winner"

5. DALE BRADMAN (Oakwood A) - "consistent and almost ever-present. Played a major role in the best Jewish defence in the country. Great in the tackle and kept us in lots of games in key moments"

6. JONNY KAY (NL Raiders A) - "one of the most under-rated players in the league. Never truly gets the credit he deserves. Does the hard work, intercepting play, protecting the back four and then giving the ball to the more attack-minded players. A vital part of the successful last three years for Raiders"

7. RICKY ENGLEMAN (NL Raiders A) - "amazing season for big Rick. Ten goals from 17 appearances tells only part of his influence on the side. Driving force in the team, huge effort to continue playing despite living south of the River for half the season. A Raiders legend even after just two seasons at the club"

8. SAM SOLLOSI (Redbridge JC A) - immense all season and ran defences ragged with his twinkle-toes. Deserved to finish the season with silverware for his efforts

9. DANIEL GARFINKLE (Redbridge JC A) - described as "unplayable" by the Oakwood management, he took his game to a new level and a combination of his pace and finishing skills have turned him into one of the most talked about players in Jewish football

10. DOVI FEHLER (Hendon A) - "Scoring record this season speaks for itself, approaching 30 goals in all competitions including six in one game – fabulous attitude all year, great pace, excellent finishing and still the finest goal celebration in the league"

11. JORDAN MARKS (NL Raiders A) - "16 goals in 20 games to go with countless assists. A star this season, exemplary attitude, hardly missed a game or a training session. Incredible talent and so difficult to defend against - with Jordan in the team you know it doesn’t matter who you play against you have a chance to win the game"

Subs: David Woolman (Oakwood A), David Rhodes (NL Raiders A), James Gershfield (Harmen), Kyle Bentwood (Oakwood A), Ben Sollosi (Redbridge JC A)
