A woman shouts "Heil Hitler" at an Israeli man for defending Israel's national health service, at which he, quite understandably, goes beserk.
But wait, the plot thickens, around 0.59 in the video, when the camera pans to the Hitler heckler, she appears to be wearing an IDF t-shirt. It's quite, quite bizarre. Can anyone explain?
