150g sugar
Zest from two oranges
250ml Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼ tsp salt
250ml vegetable oil
125ml orange juice
Vegetable oil for greasing tin
1 orange, for decoration
