150g white chocolate, finely chopped
100g butter, at room temperature
200g caster sugar
4 eggs
1 lemon, zest and juice 1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

120ml double cream
150g white chocolate
40-50 whole almonds (optional)
