½ fresh chilli, finely sliced
½ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp date syrup
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Juice of 1 orange
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pomegranate seeds to decorate
Fresh coriander or chives to decorate
