250g fine matzah meal
150g butter or block margarine, softened
A large pinch of salt
75g caster sugar
1 egg, beaten
Water or milk, if needed
Filling:
200g caster sugar
30g butter or margarine
200ml double/whipping cream or parev cream
-200g chopped pecans
50g pecans for decoration
