2 medium sized raw beetroot
35g pecan nuts
2 blood oranges
100g feta cheese, roughly crumbled
150g mixed green leaves - spinach, rocket and watercress work well
For the dressing
¼ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp orange flower water
2 tbsp olive oil
