400 gr mixed seasonal radishes
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 crushed garlic cloves
100ml white wine
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt, white pepper
Large handful of fresh herbs: dill, parsley, coriander, mint
100g feta (optional)
