A simple salad perfect for the Yom Tov table

60g dried dates, finely chopped
60g dried figs, finely chopped
60g dried apricots, finely chopped
60g pecans, broken in pieces
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
60ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
