This is an easy, seasonal and perfect dish for Tu Bishvat.

Serves: Makes 30 pieces

This is perfect for Tu Bishvat, fast to make and all about the dried fruits and nuts. I add ricotta to softens the intense flavour of the dried fruits and nuts. You can prepare these canapés up to an hour in advance and leave covered at room temperature.

10 Medjool dates
10 dried apricots
10 dried figs
200g ricotta cheese
30 walnut or pecan halves or 30 pistachios or pomegranate seeds or a mix of them
