4 tbsp harissa
1 tsp salt
1 tbs ground turmeric
1 tbs sweet paprika powder (NOT smoked)
6 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
20-25 chicken wings
1 litre water
15g flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
