125g unsalted butter, melted (plus extra for greasing the tin)

225g caster sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
3 large eggs
3 tbsp lemon juice
300ml double cream
For the topping:
300ml sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
