15g cinnamon
10g ground nutmeg
10g ginger
Pinch of salt
500g firm eating apples
120g toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
375ml vegetable or sunflower oil
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Sauce:
150g butter
150g soft brown sugar
150g double cream
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Salt to taste
