Twitter has created a ‘Safety Centre’ which will help users to understand and utilise the site’s tools against abuse.
The resource was created with the help of the Community Security Trust, who worked with the social media site to ensure antisemitism can be reported and dealt with efficiently.
In a statement, Twitter described the feature as “a resource for anyone to learn about online safety, on Twitter and beyond. The Safety Centre is organised around Twitter’s tools and policies to address your safety, with sections created especially for teens, parents and educators.
“These resources should help you quickly understand how to manage your experience on Twitter and also understand how the community and Twitter take action together when our policies are violated.”
