Six people have been arrested on suspicion of being members of National Action, the banned far-right terrorist group.
Five men and one woman, aged between 21 and 37, were detained by West Midlands Police under the Terrorism Act on Wednesday. They were being held at a police station in the West Midlands.
Police said the arrests were planned and there was no threat to the public’s safety.
Officers were searching several properties in connection with the arrests.
National Action was proscribed as terrorist organisation by the government in 2016.
