Protesters who evaded security to climb on to the roof of the Scottish parliament have been charged.
The ten anti-Israel activists said they wanted to "occupy" the roof of the building during the First Minister's questions in order to challenge the government's approach to Israel and Gaza.
They were removed by Lothian and Borders Police and arrested, and have now been charged with a breach of peace.
The protesters, who were described as students on the blog of their organisation, We Are All Hana Shalabi, were carrying banners declaring "End Israeli War Crimes" and "Stand With the Oppressed or You're Standing With The Oppressor."
