A group of student protesters who mounted the roof of the Scottish Parliament to demonstrate against Israel have been removed by police.
The 10 activists were aiming to draw attention to the government's "weak" approach to the situation in Gaza by demonstrating during the First Minister's Questions.
A Lothian and Borders Police spokesman said: "These individuals were removed and are currently being detained in connection with this incident."
The protesters, who were part of the group "We Are All Hana Shalabi", evaded security to climb on top of the building, brandishing signs calling for an end to "Israeli war crimes" and for people to "stand with the oppressed".
