Rishi Sunak has visited a succah outside the Conservative party conference to mark Succot.
The prime minister stepped outside into the Manchester rain to meet Board of Deputies representatives in their succah. It was erected for the four-day event.
Protected by an aide holding an umbrella over his head, Sunak was photographed with Board president Marie van der Zyl.
He shook the lulav and brandished an etrog during the visit on Tuesday.
