Joshua Bonehill-Paine has appeared in court to face a charge of racially aggravated harassment of Labour MP Luciana Berger.

The 23-year-old allegedly posted five articles on his website and blog in which he abused the former Shadow Minister for Mental Health.

The alleged attacks were carried out between October 2014 and January 2015.

Mr Bonehill-Paine was ordered to appear at the Old Bailey on July 19. He remained in custody.
