Three Israelis injured after car firebombed in Jerusalem

articlemain

Three Israelis were wounded when a firebomb was thrown at their car in Jerusalem on Monday evening.

A 27-year-old woman was taken to hospital with first and second degree burns over 15 per cent of her body, but her husband, who was in the car with her, was unharmed.

A third victim was lightly wounded after the firebomb caused the first car to hit another vehicle.

Tensions have been high in Jerusalem since Friday’s arson attack in the Palestinian town of Douma killed a toddler and there have been reports of firebombs, stones and gunshots being aimed at Israelis.
