Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be grilled by a global interview panel when he appears on the virtual series YouTube World View next week.
Mr Netanyahu will be only the third world leader after Barack Obama and David Cameron to answer questions put to him on the YouTube programme.
YouTube is asking for people to submit questions for Mr Netanyahu via video, text message or Twitter in advance of the broadcast.
When President Obama appeared on the show earlier this year, more than 140,000 questions were submitted.
Mr Netanyahu said he hoped Arab and Palestinian viewers would join the exchange as a chance “to clear the air”.
He said: “I think people have to understand what an open, liberal, tolerant society Israel is and how much it desires peace.”
The interview, which is set to last 40 minutes, will be shown live online on March 23.
