Paul Michael Glaser treated a Jewish audience to insights into his career at a fundraiser for Manchester Jewish Community Care.
The actor was taking time out from his starring role in a touring version of Fiddler on the Roof — which is currently at Salford’s Lowry Theatre. He answered questions from MJCC deputy chairman Jeff Lewis before an audience of 80 invited guests at the theatre.
As well as confessing his hatred of the iconic red Ford Gran Torino he drove in Starsky and Hutch — he tried to smash it up during stunts — he spoke about his Jewish identity.
