A new kosher deli enterprise has been launched for the Essex community which Loughton Synagogue is hosting.
Maud Attiach decided to open Taim Deli after becoming aware of the lack of kosher provision in Essex and East London.
The KLBD-supervised business is offering a wide range of food, plus wines. Orders can be placed by phone or email from Monday to Wednesday and can also be collected from Chigwell Synagogue.
Ms Attiach said: “I could not contain my excitement when Loughton Synagogue agreed to host this venture. My grateful thanks goes out to the rabbi, the chairman and the board for giving me this great opportunity.”
KLBD director of licensing Rabbi Elie Schoemann said: "After hearing a lot of feedback about the need for more fresh kosher food in the area, we are delighted to be working with Taim and wish them success in their endeavours."
