Metropolitan Police have located a pensioner from south-east London who had been listed as missing for almost a year-and-a-half.
Margo Leitch, 74 — who had been a regular participant in events at University College London’s Institute of Jewish Studies — had not been seen at her home since March 2011.
But a police spokesman said on Wednesday that she had been discovered “safe and well. She did not wish to divulge to police her new address but was found to be in good health and happy with her new lifestyle.”
