NOMINATIONS

NORTH WEST LONDON BEARS

James Harpin (GK) - crucial penalty save and several top saves to deny the potent FC Team attackers. Claimed several crossers, relieving pressure on his team

Zacki Doumou (Striker) - two goals against an unbeaten team, worked hard and caused them a threat all game. Also managed to not get himself sent off!

Harry Russell (Midfield) - maintained full control of the game in midfield, made several crucial tackles and interceptions when FC Team were attacking

----------------

SCRABBLE

Neil Kochane (Midfield) - 47-year-old man-marked 20-year-old Zac Summerfield and won the game's key battle

Paul Doctors (Defence) - crunching tackles from left-back

----------------

TEMPLE FORTUNE

Adam Speck (Defence) - living the dream in his late 30s. He was excellent throughout, dealt with a difficult Chigwell forward line and led the team in a complete captain performance. 10/10

Ed Bloom (GK) - great penalty save and made a few more along the way, top drawer

Danny Sherman (Striker) - didn’t score but didn’t let the Chigwell defence relax on the ball, closing down, working hard and releaving pressure from the rest of the team

----------------

MILL HILL DONS

Jamie Nagioff (CB) - followed James Millet around every inch of the pitch, not giving the Vale top-scorer a sniff all game. Still found time to make other vital blocks and challenges

Josh Marks (GK) - superb performance from the stand-in goalkeeper. Made several good saves and his communication helped organise the new defensive shape well

Marc Charles (RW) - was a constant threat in behind with his pace and power, scoring two really well-taken goals, including a last-minute winner

Richard Reback (CM) - worked tirelessly in midfield to win his own individual battles, as well as providing vital cover for the defence throughout the game

----------------

NORTH LONDON GALAXY

Jordan Grundman (Defence) - did a job at left-back today for the first time in a long time and completely bossed Liron Mannie ... even went home with him in his pocket

Jordan Freeman & Zac Rose (Defence) - centre-backs won every header, held an excellent defensive line and limited Raiders to no chances

Nick Barnett (Midfield) - bossed it today. The Jewish Kante out of possession and Zidane in possession. A truly incredible footballer and played a huge part in our clean sheet

James Belchak (CDM) - Viera today ... anything else is simply a myth. One of the most talented footballers in Jewish football - over the moon to call him one of our own

Ethan Kessel (CAM) - the ginger Zidane doing Zidane type things.. far too good for the MGBSFL, yet lives and dies for the badge. What a signing he is and we cannot wait to see him in the navy & white more often

Joe Bellman & Jayden Tomlinson (Midfielders) - wingers for us today ... worked tirelessly up and down the pitch, following runners and being excellent on the counter. If we’d have had our shooting boots on today they could’ve had one or two assists each, JT managing to successfully grab an assist. Too much flair, too good at running with the ball and left a good few raiders defenders on the floor with their intricacy

----------------

FAITHFOLD DOCMM WHITE

Gideon Caller (GK) - Not a regular GK and was flawless the entire game, made a couple of wonder saves including one that seemed impossible and several one on one stops

Alex Rosenthal (CB) - Blew off the old cobwebs and it was like nothing had ever changed except now he's in green and white not red. Simply nothing got past him

Avi Mocton (CM) - Another dominating performance in the middle

Yoav Kestenbaum (LW) - Only played a half as a result of his brother's wedding but ran Camden ragged and got the crucial first goal

----------------

JEWDINESE

Grant Reingold (Defender) - didn’t put a foot wrong all game, as usual

Reiss Mogilner (Striker) - hard not to nominate a player that gets a hat trick

Zack Collins (Striker) - hard not to nominate a player that scores a brace. Was superb today against SPEC FC

----------------

FAIRLOP FC

James Jaconelli (Striker) - superb from minute one. Got his goal and held the ball up expertly, especially in the final 30 minutes when we were defending deep, he gave the defence a chance to regroup with his hold up play

Dean Ben-Yosef (RWB) - asked to play slightly more defensive, was outstanding both defensively and offensively. Shame he doesnt wear a headband, as (in the famous words of Eddie Hearn) he is different gravy!
