This delicious, high protein paté is great served with baby gem lettuce cups, or your choice of cracker.
It’s also perfect served with a selection of crudités pre-meal or in front of the television during one of the big games.
Method:
- In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and lemon juice.
- Season with salt (or herbamare) and black pepper to taste.
- Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped smoked salmon, cracked black pepper, chopped chives and sprig on dill.
- Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill. Remove from fridge 5 minutes before serving.
