Cottage cheese and smoked salmon bowl

High protein, low effort — an ideal brunch, lunch or snack

This delicious, high protein paté is great served with baby gem lettuce cups, or your choice of cracker.

It’s also perfect served with a selection of crudités pre-meal or in front of the television during one of the big games.

Method:

  • In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt (or herbamare) and black pepper to taste.
  • Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped smoked salmon, cracked black pepper, chopped chives and sprig on dill.
  • Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill. Remove from fridge 5 minutes before serving.

200g smoked salmon

450g cottage cheese (fat free optional)

3-4 sprigs of dill, (stalks removed)

1 lemon, juice

cracked black pepper

Salt or herbamare salt
