JC QUOTE OF THE WEEK: THE CONTENDERS
- ANTON NYMAN (Boca Jewniors) - " I'd like to add a special mention of good sportsmanship from then NLR striker late in the game, who when the ref blew for the penalty, admitted it was a clean tackle and hence rescinding the punishment"
- MITCH YOUNG (FC Team B) - "We are also yet to be at full strength this season so when this happens I am expecting fireworks"
- DARYL KAY (Woodford Wanderers) - QUOTE 1 - "We rode our luck a bit at times and a tiny, high school sized 3g pitch with wires above each goal area, was is absolutely ridiculous by the way, didn’t help either.
- DARYL KAY (Woodford Wanderers) - QUOTE 2 - "I think we now have to win all of our remaining five games if we want to win the title, and after the performance and result the boys have a look of work to do to convince Jerome and I that they are ready for the Prem"
- ZACK GOTHELF (NL Raiders C) - "We know that we've got a big game against Scrabble next week, but since Scrabble beat us in January we've won all of our matches played since then so we've certainly got momentum on our side"
- NICK STERN (L'Equipe) - "What is frustrating is for what could be the third week in a row opposition keeper's are getting man-of-the-match and every shot that goes against us seems to fly into the top corner. We have not had the luck recently but I am proud of how my team have been performing and know that for the remaining 10 games of the season we will ensure that we end on a high"

YOUR WEEKEND REVIEW STARTS HERE:
PETER MORRISON TROPHY ROUND THREE
ABRAMS AT THE DOUBLE FOR OAKS
OAKWOOD B 4 REAL SOSOBAD 0
A deadly double from Bobby Abrams, in his penultimate match for the club, helped Oakwood march into round four at the expense of first division rivals Sosobad.
Further strikes from Dan Selwyn and Aaron Searle completed the route.
Jubilant Oakwood manager Jason Stein told JC Sport: "Wre're really pleased to be through to the Peter Morrison last eight. It's a great achievement and something for us to be proud of.
"We played well today. I think we did anyway. I was so ill on the touchline that it's hard to remember exactly what happened, but I do recall being pretty unhappy with the first half performance. We just didn't use our width anywhere near enough and Sosobad were probably the better side in the first half.
"Second half was a different story and a much more traditional Oakwood performance with Dan Ash and Dan Selwyn both performing really well out wide on their respective returns.
DC Prediction: Oakwood 2 Sosobad 1
