Abacus Estates in north London has won the Gold Award for Best Sales Agency of the Year at the Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2010.

The Estate & Letting Agent Awards (Estas) is the longest-running awards scheme in the estate agent industry. The ceremony took place in Mayfair and the honour was presented by Channel 4's Location, Location presenter Phil Spencer.
