Division One runners-up SPEC FC know they have it all to do in their maiden season in the top-flight.

Their chances have also been hit by the departure of three key players and much depends on how they defend.

Manager Ricky Lawrence believes the glass is half full though and he’s told JC Sport they’ll give it their best shot to “fight bravely against relegation”.
