With Prestfield disbanding, their four league games have been wiped from the records.
And that means Sedgley Park Celtic, who won 12-1 earlier this season, have now dropped off the top and into second in the table.
Zac Marks’ side needed to have played 75 per cent of their games for their records to stand.
But they played only a quarter, meaning their results have been expunged.
Player recruitment hit Prestfield hard in their second season as they struggled to field teams this term.
The loss of star striker Jonny Franks also had a big affect on the league's bottom club.
League chairman Paul Rose said: “We are sorry to see Prestfield go.
“To lose any team, at any stage, is disappointing. But I’m glad the situation hasn't dragged out where their results have major implications on the league.
“I’ve known they have struggled to field teams for a while. Zac has been very honest about the situation and try as he might the numbers were not there every week.
“Sadly it was a battle they just couldn't win.”
