articlemain

Two goals from Laurence Swerner helped Brady Maccabi A secure their first win of the season at the expense of Scrabble Harmen in Maccabi Masters Football League Division One.

Scott Warren finished the job on the new 4G at Kingsbury Town. Serge Cowan replied for Harmen.

Chigwell Athletic also celebrated their first win, beating HMH 3–2. Mark Conway scored twice and Simon Conway once, with Neil Kochane and Tony Simons hitting back for HMH.

EDRS Stonegrove are top of Division Two following a hard-earned 3–0 victory over Temple Fortune Old Boys. Phil Silver and two own goals sealed the points.

Maccabi London Lions maintained their pride by mauling the Tigers. Dean Schulberg and Paul Herszaft twice put the St John's Wood Tigers into the lead, but Maccabi London Lions roared back with goals from Marc Morris (2), David Price and Stuart Coutts to give them a 4–2 win.

Zigzag Marshside maintained their recent good form with a third successive win, courtesy of a hat-trick from Dan Cuby and a shot from the halfway line from Simon Ellard. Melvyn Harris pulled one back via the penalty spot for a depleted Brady Maccabi B side who slipped to a 4-1 defeat.
