Maccabi Masters review: February 7

The Nathan Horwitz Division 2 Cup kicked off this week, with Glenthorne recording a 6-0 win over Temple Fortune, courtesy of goals from Gary Adams (4), Vince Goodman and Nigel Grunberg.

North London Raiders returned to the top of the Division One – albeit having played two games more than second-placed Chigwell Athletic – with a 6-1 victory over Faithfold.

Goals from Dan Hodes, James Cartmell, David Lederman, Ben Simons (2) and Alex Bourne eased the defending champions home. David Garson scored Faithfold’s consolation.

HMH claimed an impressive 3-1 victory over Brady Maccabi with strikes from Neil Kochane, Steve Gordon and James Temple. Scott Warren replied for Brady A.
