Kerem A claimed the honours at the latest Maccabi GB School Sports tournament, as they edged out Akiva A to win the Year 6 Girls Netball tournament.
Sponsored by All Aboard Charity Shops, 13 teams from eight different schools took part in the event, meaning 100 netballers had the chance to show off their skills in front of a further 40 spectators.
And it was the Hampstead Garden Suburb-based school who won the title, beating the team from Akiva 2-1 in a closely fought final.
Nathan Bloohn, School and Sports Coordinator at Maccabi GB, said: “It was fantastic to see such a high-quality tournament with so many players and schools taking part.
“The quality is increasing with every event that we hold and the future is looking really strong for Jewish sport.”
