RUSSELL CORIN (Goalkeeper) - Mr Reliable, outstanding shot-stopper. His manager believes he’s the best in the league.
MORDY WEILER (Left-back) - Marauding left-back has developed superbly over the past couple of seasons. Dangerous in attack and a superb reader of the game.
SIMON PETERMAN (Centre-back) – Calmness personified on the ball and superb in the tackle. Another defender whose positioning makes the game look easy.
ARI NEVIES (Centre-back) – Has stepped up into the captaincy role, in the absence of Ari Last, and led the team superbly. Strong in the tackle and loves to play out from the back.
ZAC GARBACZ (Right-back) - Loves a sliding tackle. Wasn’t sure he was going to be around this season but has become an important part of the squad. Always wears his Timberlands to a game and extremely short shorts
JONTI AREMBAND – New signing this season. Can play anywhere down the right-hand side and has a great ability to launch a clearance 50 yards or switch play with a raking pass
AVI KORMAN (Centre-back/centre-mid) – Only scores wonder goals or penalties and has struck two of the best goals of the season. Brilliant on the ball, superb energy and beats players at will.
ARI LAST (Captain) - Leader of the team, was having a superb season and I don’t think there is one midfielder in the league who hasn’t been physically dominated by him. A huge loss after tearing his ACL in the Peter Morrison Trophy tie in Liverpool
JOSH HARRIS (Centre-back/centre-mid) – Another who can play in multiple positions across the middle and attack. Great, quick feet and tireless runner who has popped up with some vital goals.
JONNY KAY (CDM) – former NLR midfield general has been a major success since joining last summer. If you asked for a Jewish Claude Makele, you’d get a picture of JK. Plays the holding midfield role better than anyone Jordan Sapler has seen. Great range of passing and a real battler. Think Jay Spearing but better.
CHAIM KORMAN (Right-mid) – Hendon’s player of the season so far. There is not one full back that he hasn’t left feeling dazed. Quick feet, pace and mesmerising dribbling skills, with the ability to finish with both feet. A matchwinner.
ROCKY SPITZER (Midfield) – Has come into his own this season, great technical ability to play himself out of tight spaces. Hendon’s top-scorer with 13 goals, so far.
ZACK LEWIS (Striker) – Arguably, the best set-piece taker and finisher in the league. When he gets the ball you think that something is going to happen. Always comes up with something special when needed.
DOVI FEHLER (Striker) – Electrifying pace. Scores vital goals and gets into great goal-scoring positions. Look out for a trademark backflip if he scores at Wingate.
MOSES SEITLER (Striker) – Studying at Oxford University, 'Seits' has enjoyed more playing time than anticipated this season. He oozes class and has the pace, skill and ability to scare any defence in the league. Already been a match-winner against Oakwood once this season ...
GAV NOE (Striker) – Arrived mid-season from Faithfold. Gav has come into the team and has given Hendon a Plan B. So strong and able to hold off defenders, his link up play has been brilliant. Deceptive turn of pace and great finishing ability. Set up and scored some key goals in the second half of the season.
JORDAN MIZRAHI – Another versatile newcomer, played centre-back, holding midfielder, left-back and right-back this season, Mr. Versatile. Unfortunately dislocated his shoulder in the recent league match against Faithfold, so will miss the final.
YEHUDA KORMAN – Korman no 2. Unfortunately a number of injuries have limited Yehuda’s time on the pitch this season but hopefully back in time for the final. Has the most ridiculous leap and just loves running.
YOAV KESTENBAUM – Another whose season was ended prematurely by injury. Despite that he’s been a great squad member and is definitely the joker of the squad. Has speed and strength and has been a big miss this season.
GREG CORIN – One of the oldest members of the squad but definitely in the best shape. Was a key player earlier in the season before a groin injury ended his campaign early on.
