There's a couple of newcomers in the JC Team of the Week after catching the eye on Matchday 25 of the MSFL season.
1. Neil SAPLER (Glenthorne United B) – showed a safe pair of hands at all times in the battling draw against Neasden B
2. Ryan KISSIN (Loughton Orient) – “outstanding performance, led by example. Solid at the back and always composed” against Jewve
3. James SEGAL (Tottenham Chutspah) – “completely solid throughout against L'Equipe, not letting anything get past him”
4. Michael KHALASTCHI (Camden Park) – “was a rock at the back" against Glenthorne. A contender for Division One Player of the Year in my eyes
5. Dan GROSSMAN (North London Raiders A) – rock solid at the heart of defence alongside Rik Sherman in the PMT win over Oakwood
6. Paul WALKER (FC Team B) – a big influence in the 2-1 win at Bilbaum
7. Dovid KORMAN (Hendon United Sports Club A) – “pulled the strings all morning from central midfield” against the Lions
8. Adam BERNSTEIN (Glenthorne United A) – ensured there was a way back into the game in the top-of-the-table clash against Camden
9. Daryl PHILLIPS (Faithfold A) – the game-changer in the LFASIC semi-final win over Convoys
10. Russell YERSHON (Chigwell Athletic) – “three very good finishes from the Yersh, rolling back the years today in a more advanced position”
11. Sam CASTLE (Southgate Harmen) – one worldie and another great finish in his new role up top
