Dabbur has signed a four-year deal and will earn €2 million per year before bonuses. He will continue playing for Salzburg this season and move to Spain in the summer.
"I can't wait for the summer to prove to Sevilla that I'm worth the investment but it will be difficult to leave Salzburg, where the club and fans have been like family to me,” said Dabbur . “It will be fantastic to play against Messi who is the player I most admire.”
Born in Nazareth, Dabbur 26, came through the ranks of the Ahi Nazareth youth team before joining Maccabi Tel Aviv and then moving to Europe to Grasshopper and Salzburg. Maccabi and Nazareth will each receive €300,000 from Sevilla’s transfer fee.
