I love these bars, which work for a dessert or a bit of a treat during the chag

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. I do it with my hands as I find it easier to blend everything together. The bonus is that it leaves my hands very smooth!
  • Line a 20 cm square dish or baking tin with baking parchment. Press the mixture into the tin, and leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of one hour or overnight if you can wait!
  • Cut in small squares or larger rectangles. Eat as they are, or if serving as a pudding, garnish them with yogurt and berries.
Ingredients

170g almond butter

250g flaked almonds

125g honey or agave nectar

Serve with

Unsweetened plain yogurt

A mix of berries or other fruits
