Ingredients

For the meringues:

2 egg whites

A pinch cream of tartar

1 level tsp cornflour

100g golden caster sugar

For the lime cream:

2 egg yolks

40g golden caster sugar

1 lime, grated zest and juice 

200 ml whipping/double cream

Blueberries/raspberries and fresh mint to decorate
