- Heat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, using a wooden spoon, mix the eggs, flour and sugar until you form a smooth batter.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to distribute them evenly.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined loaf tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the loaf is dry to the touch and feels very firm.
- Take out of the oven and allow to cool enough to handle. Reduce oven temperature to 150°C.
- Using a serrated knife, slice off 3-4cm thick slices. Place on a baking tray lined with paper, and bake for 10 minutes more until golden.
- Store in an airtight container.
