Menorah Foundation School has been rated “good” in its recent Ofsted inspection.
The Edgware primary rose from a rating of “3” — requiring improvement — to a “2” following a no-notice inspection last month.
Inspectors said that both the leadership and management and the behaviour of pupils was outstanding.
“Leaders and managers at all levels, ably supported by a highly effective governing body, have overseen swift and decisive improvements,” they noted.
“The headteacher has built an exceptionally effective leadership team since the previous inspection.”
The report added that, while “disadvantaged pupils achieve exceptionally well”, improvements still had to be made in teaching maths and ensuring that “in early years, children have opportunities to practise the skills they need to meet their goals”.
