David Bernstein

David Bernstein CBE is the chairman of the British Red Cross, Level Playing Field and Chair of the Centre for Access to Football in Europe. He was the chairman of Manchester City FC from 1998 to 2003, and FA chairman from January 2011 until his 70th birthday in May 2013.
