Israeli Ambassador Daniel Taub attended a breakfast with members of the Glasgow Jewish community last Thursday.
Stanley Lovatt, Israel’s honorary consul in Scotland, organised a breakfast with 80 guests on Thursday morning at the Glasgow Hilton hotel.
Speaking after the event, Mr Lovatt said: “It was an opportunity for Mr Taub to meet important people in Glasgow and from the Glasgow Jewish community."
The event formed part of Mr’s Taub first diplomatic trip to Scotland, in which he met First Minister Alex Salmond, university students and members of the clergy.
