240g honey
150g dark brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
400g porridge oats
50g dessicated coconut
500g mixture of nuts, dried fruit, citrus peel, dark chocolate chips - your choice
300g dark chocolate (optional)
For the candied oranges (optional):
2 sliced oranges
360ml water
300g sugar
