Crisps make the crunchiest coating - and they’re gluten free!

Ingredients

2 chicken skinless, boneless chicken breast filets

90g potato flour

¼ tsp paprika

3 eggs

1 tbsp dairy-free milk

200g sea salt or salt-and-vinegar crisps (approx 1 ¼ large packs)

Vegetable oil

Salt and pepper

1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
